Gumla App Terms & Conditions (For Commercial Sales – B2B)
Gumla for Commercial Investment Company – S.A.E. (Société Anonyme Egyptian) – hereinafter referred to as “Gumla App”
1. Introduction
By using the Gumla App or registering as a user or vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the following terms and conditions.
By clicking “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions”, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions contained in this document.
2. Scope of the Application
Gumla App is a B2B (Business-to-Business) trading platform designed to connect suppliers with retailers and distributors in an organized and transparent manner.
The Gumla App does not provide services for direct consumer (end-user) sales.
Accordingly, the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018 does not apply, as all transactions occur strictly between commercial entities.
Gumla deals only with registered businesses (legal entities), not individuals.
Therefore, you must have a valid Commercial Registration and Tax Card.
If you do not have them at the time of your first purchase, you agree and commit to obtaining both within 90 days from the date of your first transaction through Gumla.
3. Terms of App Use
-
Users must register with accurate and up-to-date information, including business name, tax registration number, and address.
-
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and must not share them with any third party.
-
Gumla App reserves the right to suspend or deactivate any account involved in illegal or policy-violating activities.
-
All content and data on the App (including images, prices, and trademarks) are owned by Gumla or its registered vendors and may not be used outside the platform without prior authorization.

-
Prices listed on the platform are subject to change according to vendor policies without prior notice.
-
Payments must be made through the approved payment methods available within the platform (bank transfer, wallet, or other electronic options).
-
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the order before confirmation. Any errors in products or quantities after confirmation are handled according to the return and exchange policy.
-
Gumla is not directly responsible for product quality; this is the vendor’s responsibility as the supplier and seller of the goods.
5. Return & Exchange Policy (B2B)
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defect or product damage.
• The received product does not match the confirmed order specifications.
• The product must be in its original condition, complete with packaging, accessories, and invoices.
Return Process:
-
The return request must be submitted within 3 working days from the delivery date via the app or customer support.
-
The product will be inspected after it’s received. Gumla or the vendor may reject the request if the product shows use or does not meet the return conditions.
-
If approved, a replacement product or credit balance will be issued to the buyer’s account within 7 working days.
Shipping Costs:
• If the issue is caused by the vendor (defective or incorrect product), the vendor or Gumla will cover shipping costs.
• If the issue is due to the buyer’s change of mind or mistake, the buyer will bear the shipping cost.
Non-returnable products:
• Discounted or clearance products.
• Opened or used items.
6. Vendor Policy
-
Vendors must ensure that products match the specifications, images, and prices listed on the platform.
